Booking & Cancellation
Clear rules for booking and cancellation.
1. Booking Process
- To secure our services, a 50% advance payment is required along with a signed agreement.
- Bookings made less than 15 days prior to the event date require full payment upfront.
2. Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel your booking:
- 30 days or more before the event: A refund of 75% of the advance payment will be issued.
- 15 to 29 days before the event: A refund of 50% of the advance payment will be issued.
- Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
3. Rescheduling
- Clients can reschedule their event at least 15 days prior to the original date, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 15 days of the event may incur an additional ₹5,000 fee.
4. No-Show Policy
If the client fails to show up on the event day without prior communication, no refunds or credits will be provided.
