Guidelines for refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are issued in cases where:
    • The cancellation policy applies.
    • Let’s Jamghat fails to deliver agreed-upon services due to negligence.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-refundable deposits, third-party vendor costs, or completed services.

2. Refund Request Process

  • Submit your refund request in writing to [email address] within 7 days of the event date or cancellation.
  • Provide your booking ID and proof of payment with the request.

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Costs incurred for specific services like venue bookings, artist fees, or equipment rentals that are already paid to third parties.

5. Force Majeure

Clients may be offered rescheduling or credit towards a future event instead of a refund.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
