These terms govern your use of Let’s Jamghat’s services.
1. Services Offered
- Let’s Jamghat provides event management services, including artist management, sponsorship management, production planning, logistics, and overall event execution.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total event cost and a signed agreement.
- The remaining 50% payment must be made 7 days prior to the event date.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete details about the event.
- Ensure timely approvals and payments for smooth event execution.
- Comply with local laws, regulations, and venue rules.
4. Company Responsibilities
- Deliver services as per the signed agreement.
- Ensure professional handling of all event-related activities.
5. Liability
- Let’s Jamghat is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
- Liability for damages or losses due to negligence will not exceed the total service fees paid.
6. Termination of Agreement
Let’s Jamghat reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-payment or breach of terms.
